Residential complex “Beliy Shokolad”

The concept of landscaping the territory of the residential complex involves the creation of an environmentally sustainable low-maintenance park. To solve this problem, only plants that are resistant to local soil and microclimatic conditions, as well as a special planting system, were used.

Lawns are left only in large open areas of the landscaped area, the number of landings on the lawns is minimal, which greatly facilitates subsequent care. Lawn areas alternate with areas completely covered with perennial flowers and shrubs. Such plantings are made up of large groups of plants of the same species, which enhances the decorative effect in large areas.

The unpretentiousness of plants ensures the durability of plantings.

In the coastal zone, groups of ornamental grasses are planted, which emphasizes the ecological orientation of the project and its connection with the surrounding areas.

The residential complex “White CHOCOLATE” was designed by the architectural bureau Baust Architects.
